Frequently Asked Questions
Building a robust inbound approach takes time. You will need to put in the effort to progressively improve your content and organize your team towards long term, incremental growth.
We will work with you to set measurable goals and celebrate milestones along the way. We track the KPIs like cost-per-lead (CPL – and break it down from “Marketing Qualified” and “Sales Qualified” leads, e.g. MQLs & SQLs), which channels and content are yielding the best visitors to your website, and we get focused on optimizing conversion as much as possible.
We'll constantly share the results with you so that you are always aware of the progress and offer our recommendations along the way.
We aim to complete the onboarding process in approximately 30 days. Our teams dive into the technical and marketing planning to make sure we have everything in place to start. Setting up HubSpot (if applicable), getting landing pages primed for conversion, calls-to-action and blog posts along with analytics integration are key at this stage.
We spend time doing blog topic research and strategic planning on your content audit and develop an editorial calendar. By the end of this initial phase, our teams will be working closely to take your inbound marketing to the next level.
This will vary depending on the project, and your preference. We have very clear guidelines with our partners around attending scheduled meetings, and providing access to required tools and platforms (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
We will be clear about our expectations right from the start. Once we understand the work needed, we will schedule meetings and access to necessary tools and platforms.
We will also rely on email and/or Slack messaging service to stay in constant communication to help nothing falls through the cracks. The more thorough our communications are, the better our service will be.
While we expect to see some positive results in the first 90 days, we work with clients for at least 12 months.
The full year gives us a chance to ramp up content, send strong signals to search engines, and create thought leadership that will result in more qualified leads.
Copywriting for B2B and SaaS is one of our specialties. Our experienced copywriters will study your business closely and prepare to write extensively about the industries you serve.
We built a method to “get inside your brains” where we will interview key stakeholders (both inside your company as well as your customers). We’ll transcribe those interviews so our copywriters have full context to extract from.
You will approve all content before it is published for public consumption. We have samples of our content we’ve built for our clients upon request.
